It is hard to be present; I struggle with it daily.  Only when I slow down and enjoy the moment, I find that I can better see the lovely in all aspects of my life. When I view the world through this perspective, I am inspired. I become intrigued by the beauty of and the story surrounding that quiet moment.  I capture such moments through oil paint and canvas.  I find all the beautiful details within the subject and make it come alive. My paintings are depictions of a beautiful second, and an invitation to recognize loveliness all around us.
