Natalie grew up in Winchester, MA. She graduated from Wheelock College with a BSinEd and then a Masters in Spec Ed from Northeastern. She enjoyed a 15 year career as an elementary teacher and then was a Spec Ed Consultant in the Brattleboro school system.

Wanting to pursue an art career she graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1981. She freelanced in the Boston area for a while and then took a job with Hallmark Cards and moved to Kansas City. While there she studied with Craig Lueck and painted ever so many greeting cards.

Moving back to Massachusetts she freelanced for many years doing magazine illustrations and greeting cards. She also participated in about 20 juried Art Festivals all over New England for 12 years, selling prints, notecards and original artwork.

Since then Natalie has studied watercolor painting with June Ferrin and Tony Connor.  She especially likes painting light and detail whether it is the flowers from her garden or the landscapes of the Hilltowns or Cape Cod. In the Sumer Natalie is in two juried art festivals on the Cape. Here  in the Hilltowns she has had exhibited in Worthington, Huntington and Cummington. Now she only sells her original artwork but her notecards are for sale in the Corners Grocery & Cafe in Worthington.

She lives in Worthington with her husband Norm (a reunited high school sweetheart) her son Dan, 25, and 2 dogs. They all love living in the Hilltowns.
