He currently lives with his wife, Judith Bowerman, on an 1815 farm in Cummington. They restored the house and moved there in 2008. Both artists maintain studios on the property.
Slezak’s work can be found in numerous public and private collections in Australia, Belgium, England, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Spain and the United States.
Slezak is featured in the film documentary Artifact and the documentary series Into the Wild, produced and directed by Jared Leto.
