I am a dance artist, educator, writer, and choreographer.  I am invested in dance as an art form that creates deep and lasting knowledge in the body through participation, practice, and conscious choice-making. I believe that to dance is to blend art, science, metaphysics, spiritual, and logical thinking in movement.  It is to understand the inner and outer world and the relationships that occur between the two. It is to hone memory, to understand the limits of codified systems of movement, to find the right tone, To be available to your audience, and to feel and to be seen in three dimensions.  It is to draw the lines out from yourself into the world and make change your constant.
